Breizh Café is a crêperie concept conceived by Bertrand Larcher in 1995 to offer a flavour journey all the way from his native Brittany to his current home in Japan. With more than 25 years’ experience in the quest for culinary innovation, the brand has developed a traditional and unique offer built around the excellence of the products used.

In addition to the Breizh Café crêperies in Paris, Brittany, Lyon and Tokyo, the Group runs a crêpe-making school (awarding a State-approved qualification), a farm in Saint-Malo, a Michelin-starred Japanese fine dining restaurant in Cancale, and a grocery showcasing buckwheat products.
