Covering Bordeaux, Burgundy, Côtes du Rhône, Champagne, California and Oregon, the Artémis Domaines properties share the same constant quest for excellence and commitment to environmental protection. Almost all are certified organic, and cultivate their vines in accordance with biodynamic and agroforestry principles.
Château Latour
Classified as a Bordeaux First Growth (Premier cru) since 1855, Château Latour lies at the heart of the Médoc, in the famous Pauillac AOC. Its 96.5-hectare estate occupies a unique terroir in an exceptional location on the banks of the Gironde estuary.
The estate produces three wines: Grand Vin de Château Latour, made exclusively from old vines on parcels in l'Enclos at the historic heart of the vineyard, Les Forts de Latour, produced since 1966 from selected parcels outside l'Enclos in the classified growth areas of Pauillac, and Pauillac de Latour, made from the young vines grown in parcels around the periphery of the vineyard.
Having embraced the principles of sustainable development at a very early stage, Château Latour became the Premier Grand Cru to receive organic cultivation certification in 2018.
