Eisele Vineyard

Napa Valley
  • 38 acres of vineyards
  • Cabernet Sauvignon vines planted in 1964

The Eisele Vineyard, located in the Napa Valley, was bought by Artémis in 2013.
Eisele Vineyard is the gem of this 38-acre estate, producing one of the best wines in the Napa Valley. The exceptional land in Calistoga at the foot of the Palisades Mountains is entirely cultivated using the principles of biodynamic agriculture.

Located North-West from the Napa Valley in California, the Eisele Vineyards have been producing wine since 1884, and Cabernet Sauvignon since 1964. In 1969, Milton and Barbara Eisele, who gave their name to the vineyards, decided to produce a high-end wine. In 1971, the first Eisele Vineyard vintage was bottled by Ridge and is still one of the best Napa Valley wines to date. Bart and Daphné Araujo bought the vineyards in 1990 and rapidly moved to biodynamic agriculture. Eisele Vineyard’s Cabernet Sauvignon has gained world recognition since. Four major wines are produced from the 38 acres: Eisele Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, Altagracia, Eisele Vineyard Syrah and Eisele Vineyard White Sauvignon.
