Acquired by Artémis in 1998 and managed by Patrick Le Lay since May 2010, this symbol of French Brittany football has, for the past consecutive 17 seasons, been among the French football elite. A finalist in the French Football Cup in May 2009 and regularly ranked in the top third of the French championship, the Stade Rennais F.C. is a well-respected and ambitious club.
For several years now, Stade Rennais F.C. has been supporting younger generations. A genuine academy of Brittany football and a leading French training centre for the past five years, Stade Rennais F.C. puts its sports policy into action with a professional team that is at least 50% comprised of young graduates of its training facilities.
Stade Rennais F.C. plays in a stadium located along the Route de Lorient that was fully renovated in 2004 and which has a boutique, a restaurant and 11 conference rooms. The stadium boasts the most recent generation of LED technology with a digital pitch tour and giant screens.
With 11,000 subscribers and more than 23,000 spectators, the "Red and Blacks" football club is a major economic and social player in Brittany.
