Serendipity Investment is an investment company founded in September 2007 by Bouygues and Artémis.

It aims at taking stakes in companies with strong growth potential mainly in media sector, online games and bettings.

During 2008 the company has invested in F4, a company which develops and operates online multiplayer games; Légende, a film production company, and Michel et Augustin, that develops and sells up market food products.

In 2008, Serendipity Investment also acquired Geny in partnership with French bookmaker PMU.
