Red River Holding is a $253 million investment fund successfully launched by Artémis among French and international investors in 2008. It aims to acquire shareholdings in listed or private companies operating in Vietnam and having strong growth potential.

The management company, Jade River Management, owned by Artémis together with associates established in Vietnam, relies on the services of a Vietnamese consultancy company, Tri Tin International, which employs a local team of around 20.

In 2010, Jade River's investment committee approved 9 new investments. At December 31, 2010, Red River's investments amounted to $213 million.

The fund is invested in different business sectors, with a balanced sector allocation including in particular, commodities, construction, food, telecommunications, banking and insurance.

The success of this fund is partially due to a structured team that has been in Vietnam for 16 years. Regional knowledge allows an in-depth analysis of the local industries. It provides strong added value in the selection and management of investments.
